The Parshall (N.D.) district is constructing a $16.5 million elementary school on a campus that already houses middle and high school grades.
The elementary school will be an addition to the existing high school and middle school in Parshall, reports KFYR-TV.
The existing elementary houses about 145; the new addition will increase elementary capacity to about 300 students.
The Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation is funding the project.
Construction is set to be complete by the end of 2023.
