Students say their schools don’t use the Internet well

A newly released survey has found that 78 percent of middle and high school students use the Internet. But the most Internet-savvy teens complain that their teachers don’t use the Internet effectively in class or create assignments that takes advantage of great Web material.

That is one of the conclusions drawn from the survey in a report from the the Pew Internet & American Life Project, The Digital Disconnect: The widening gap between Internet-savvy students and their schools.
