Northern Illinois University releases report on 2008 fatal shooting

FromThe Chicago Tribune: Northern Illinois University in DeKalbhas released a 300-page report that tries to explain why Steven Kazmierczak returned to his alma mate on Feb. 14, 2008, kicked in the door to a lecture hall stage and shot dozens of rounds into the auditorium. he killed five students and wounded 21 people before taking his own life.
