Loudoun County (Va.) district debates when to build high school

When should the Loudoun County (Va.) district build a high school in Ashburn? The planned $99 million Ashburn high school is slated to open in fall 2014, but two county supervisors are pushing for it to be built two years ahead of schedule to relieve crowding at other Loudoun schools.
