Blazier Intermediate School

From the 2021 Educational Interiors Showcase: John C. Blazier Intermediate School

Dec. 13, 2021
The renovation was recognized in the classrooms category in American School & University's Educational Interiors Showcase.

Collaborative areas throughout the Blazier Intermediate School campus in Austin, Texas, are intended to maximize opportunities for mentoring interactions from upper grade students and community members. Keeping the plan open to enable these interactions was coupled with the desire for a safe and secure campus. The plan achieves both objectives though the use of transparent glass doors and opaque fire cum security doors at the learning wings.
