A Florida high school teacher who was struck by an SUV in the parking lot of Anclote High School in Holiday, has died.
Ciera "Coach" McKeon, 28, was a physical education teacher and girls' tennis coach at the high school, reports WINK-TV.
The crash occurred at about 6:50 a.m. Thursday when an SUV driven by 24-year-old man struck her, and she was trapped underneath the vehicle.
The Florida Highway Patrol report said the driver reported that he did not see McKeon before hitting her.
McKeon was flown to a Tampa hospital, where she died of her injuries Friday.
