Boston College is building a 40,000-square-foot practice facility for its basketball programs.
The Hoag Basketball Pavilion in Chestnut Hill, Mass., will be connected to Conte Forum, the arena where games are played.
The pavilion will feature a 2,220-square-foot strength and conditioning center; a 1,400-square-foot sports medicine center with an underwater treadmill and plunge pools; a 2,100-square-foot locker room with dedicated lounges; and a dedicated video room for scouting and instruction.
The main entrance of Conte Forum will be replaced with a grand illuminated glass entrance and a new vestibule designed for greater energy efficiency.
