The Kessler School, a private elementary school in Dallas, has begun construction of a new campus.
The school will be housed in the former Calvary Baptist Church in the North Oak Cliff neighborhood, the school says in a news release.
Construction plans call for updates to interior spaces to enable the school to offer better personalized education and technology, construction of a forest-themed library, improvements to points of entry, and the addition of sports fields, playgrounds, interior courtyard and other landscaped outdoor spaces.
The school is slated to open in fall 2022.
OBMI is the architect and Cooper Jensen Contractors is the contractor.
