The Melissa (Texas) district is planning to build a $35 million football stadium and indoor practice facility.
The Coach Kenny Deal Stadium is expected to accommodate about 10,000 patrons, reports High School Football America News.
The new facility will replace the district's Cardinal Field, which is able to accommodate only about 3,100 patrons.
The facility is scheduled to open in 2023.
