The University of Virginia and Capstone Development Partners are building a 780-student residence hall on the Charlottesville campus.
The development in the Emmet Ivy Corridor will consist of three buildings, five or six stories high, totaling 310,000 square feet. The project also will have a 19,000-square-foot dining and retail component. It is scheduled to open in 2027.
The architect is Elkus Manfredi Architects and the construction team is Hoar Construction and Hourigan.
