Private student housing complex planned near University of Southern California

The 435-unit development, 0.3 miles from USC's Los Angeles campus, is scheduled to open in 2026.

A private developer of student housing has announced plans to build a 435-unit student apartment complex near the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles.

Landmark Properties says in a news release that the complex, less than half a mile from the USC campus, will have units ranging from studio to five-bedrooms. It will also set aside 87 units for those identified at the low-income level or below.

Apartments will have washers and dryers, technology-related amenities in the common living area, and high-speed internet and cable.

Residents will have access to clubhouse and social amenities, most notably on the rooftop level adjacent to a resort-style pool. A lounge, computer lab, and fitness center amenities will be open 24 hours a day.

The development will have over 20,000 square feet of retail space.

Construction on the development is expected to be complete by fall 2026.
