Cuyahoga County commissioners give OK to loan arrangement

From The Cleveland Plain Dealer: Cuyahoga County, Ohio, will serve as the middleman for up to $60 million in loans to build residence halls and a parking garage at Cleveland State University. County commissioners have tentatively approved bonds for the Euclid Avenue Housing Corp., a nonprofit organization created by the university for development projects. he development is part of Cleveland State's makeover from a commuter school to a residential campus. Some construction began last month.
