$39.95 million in bonds would have enabled district to replace its junior high school

From The Yakima Herald-Republic: The Selah (Wash.) district has failed to win approval of a $39.95 million bond proposal that would have enabled the district to replace its junior high school and make other facility improvements. If the proposal had passed, the district would have received $19.2 million in state funding for the project.
