Economic woes force Cal Poly Pomona to delay groundbreaking

Construction of facility for college of business administation will be delayed

Groundbreaking for a newCollege of Business Administration building at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, has been postponed. Officials say the state of California's fiscal crisis has hindered its ability to sell long-term bonds. The university had planned to break ground on Jan. 22.
