Designed to support hands-on, experiential learning, the facility brings students, faculty and health care partners together in one connected environment. Advanced simulation suites, flexible labs, varied classroom settings, and welcoming study spaces create opportunities for collaboration, mentorship and real-world training. When rapid enrollment growth required the building to expand beyond its planned 45,000 square feet, the team worked closely with the college to build out additional space mid-construction, enabling programs to grow without disruption while positioning the campus for future phases.
