High winds damage school under construction in Pasco, Wash.

Strong winds have knocked down the front section of an elementary school under construction in Pasco, Wash. The Tri-City Herald says the school, which has yet to be named, has been under construction since June. It is scheduled to be open for the 2014-15 school year.
