A $14.5 million performing arts center is being built at Wisconsin Dells High School in Wisconsin Dells, Wis.
A donation from the Todd and Shari Nelson Family Foundation will pay the entire cost of the facility, reports Wisconsin Dells Events.
The 32,000-square-foot center has been designed to match the high school, which opened in 2020.
The performing arts center will have a capacity of about 700.
Events slated for the new facility include band and choir concerts, drama productions, dance and piano recitals and other performances.
Construction is slated to be finished in time for the start of the 2023-24 school year.
CG Schmidt is the builder.
