The Motlow Automation & Robotics Training Center at Motlow State Community College in McMinnville, Tenn., is undergoing a $5 million expansion.
The 7,000-square-foot project will add classroom and laboratory space, reports Southern Standard.
College officials said the original 12,500-square-foot building is now too small.
The program offers one-week courses using computer-driven robots in manufacturing and in industrial automation to upgrade the skills of workers.
