The University of Texas at San Antonio is renovating the oldest and largest residence hall on campus.

The $6 million upgrade of Chisholm Hall is expected to be completed in July, according to a news release from Adolfson & Peterson Construction, the project's construction manager.

The 120,860-square-foot Chisholm Hall will receive renovations across floors one through four. Improvements will include upgrades to resident bathroom vanity areas, installation of new acoustical ceilings and lighting, replacement of mechanical unit ventilators and hallway ductwork, activity chiller replacement and remediation work. 

The architect is Chesney Morales Architects.
