The Classical Academies, a charter network based in Escondido, Calif., has purchased a six-acre site in Oceanside for $11.8 million.
The 99,968-square-foot site consists of four low-rise office buildings that are vacant, reports the Times of San Diego.
San Diego County offices for social services previously occupied the buildings.
It is unclear how the charter network plans to use the facilities.
