New York City changes bus companies on some routes after complaints

From The New York Daily News: New York City has yanked half the contracts held by a bus company that subjected students with disabilities to five-hour rides home from school. Professional Charter, which operated school buses for about 3,500 prekindergarten students with special needs at the start of this school year, is now handling half as many.
