District hopes to take advantage of more funding flexibility

From The Arizona Republic: The Cave Creek (Ariz.) Unified School District is considering converting four of its five elementary schools to district-run charters, in part to take advantage of a more-flexible funding formula for charter schools. The majority of charters in the state are operated independently under the auspices of the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools.
