Bonds approved for heating upgrades in Montpelier, Vt.

Wood-chip-burning system would be expanded to two school buildings and other city facilities

From The Associated Press: Montpelier, Vt., voters have approved a $2.75 million bond issue to help pay for a $20 million biomass upgrade. The project would hook up City Hall, the police and fire stations and two schools to a wood chip-burning system that already heats the Statehouse and other state buildings.
