The new Fairborn High School in Fairborn, Ohio, is a two-story facility with flexible spaces that support both individualized and collaborative learning. Communal “learning stairs” seamlessly connect academic departments with a centralized media center. Throughout the building, students have access to flexible seating options, an abundance of natural light, and a sophisticated, “collegiate” aesthetic. Along with adaptable classrooms and future-focused career-technical programming, Fairborn High School has a performing arts center and a basketball arena with concessions and a second-story running track.
