Dr. Carla Brosnahan Elementary School in Katy, Texas,  includes a two-story classroom and a one-story administration wing. The classroom areas provide spaces for pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and grades 1 through 5. Adjacent to the classroom wing is an area that includes the library and learning stair, art, music, gymnasium, cafeteria and kitchen. Additional site amenities include multiple aluminum walkway canopies, a 1/8-mile concrete walking track, a public park, a paved concrete fire lane, multiple concrete parking lot areas, open grass playing areas, an art and science courtyard, and utilities for up to eight future portable buildings.
