This historic Rossford school in Rossford, Ohio, built in the 1920s, was lacking a sense of cohesion because of multiple additions over its lifetime. To address critical infrastructure issues (such as flooding in the tunnels that connected the additions), the district won approval of a bond issue that enabled it to tear down the existing additions and make way for new, unified construction while keeping historic elements that were part of the original building.
