The Samuel Randall School, also known as PS 138X, is a primary school in the dense but low-scale Castle Hill neighborhood of the Bronx, N.Y. The goal for this project is to provide a new three-story addition to increase capacity at the existing school by 522 seats. The addition will provide a new entrance to the facility, a cafeteria and kitchen, and a new administrative suite.
