The four-story Kappa Delta Sorority House in Oxford, Miss., has built-in beds for 85 members, a large chapter room accommodating 450 members, and multiple study rooms and social areas. The house is ADA-accessible and has an elevator. Other features include laundry rooms, large bathrooms, and a courtyard for members to dine and study.
