Inspired by the multifaceted nature of a canyon, each area at Creighton Academy in Phoenix, Ariz., reflects a different component of nature. Featured common areas include “The Butte,” a communications staircase that ignites collaboration; “The Basin,” a large open area with an indoor slide where students play and exercise; and “The Nest,” a unique breakout space featuring raised netting that imitates a nest for self-motivated learning.
