Mt. San Jacinto Community College's campus in Temecula, Calif., is a five-story educational facility that provides space for a welcome center, all student services, health center, dining, bookstore, library/learning resource center, conference and board rooms, faculty offices, classrooms, computer and science labs, lecture room, collaboration spaces, art room and support services.
The campus is designed with an emphasis on shared spaces where students from different classes can collaborate in a team environment. Transparency and visibility throughout the interior are key design features, with glass walls providing views into the active labs, classrooms, and group collaboration areas.
