Principal and 2 others at elementary in Sanford, Fla., did not act after being told a 4th-grade student had brought a gun to school.

Video from WKMG-TV: Three employees at Hamilton Elementary School in Sanford, Fla., -- including the principal -- may lose their jobs after they failed to take action when they learned a fourth-grade student had a gun in his backpack. A two-month investigation showed that the principal, assistant principal and a behavioral specialist allowed the threat of a gun on campus to continue in May for two days without taking action. They have been put on administrative leave and will likely be fired.
