The school will be operated by the New Tech Network.

Video from WDRB-TV: A former department store in Clarksville, Ind., is being converted into a high school that will emphasize project-based learning. Officials plan to open the school in August for up to 100 freshmen. It will be operated by the New Tech Network, a non-profit organization that has established more than 130 schools around the nation.
