Video from WSB-TV: Former DeKalb County (Ga.) School Superintendent Crawford Lewis has pleaded pleaded guilty to obstruction charges for his involvement in a school construction scandal. The plea calls for Lewis to testify against others involved in the alleged scheme and means he will avoid more serious charges of racketeering and theft by taking.
