Howard "Gene" Taylor announced his resignation last week as the principal of North Atlanta High School in Atlanta after only 11 months. He said that he was returning to the Gwinnett County (Ga.) district. Now, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports, Taylor has reversed course again. Atlanta Public Schools Superintendent Erroll Davis says Taylor is staying with the Atlanta district and will become executive director for the city school system’s north region.
