Video: State panel says some Arkansas school districts can continue to arm teachers and other staff

Video from KATV-TV: Thirteen school districts in Arkansas are once again allowed to have armed employees serving as security on campus. The Arkansas Board of Private Investigators and Security Agencies has reversed earlier decisions and has voted to allow the school systems to keep licenses that classify them as private security firms for two more years. A state attorney general's advisory opinion last month said the licensing law was intended for private security companies, not school districts.
