Teachers union alleges that 12 teachers were reassigned because of union activity

The union representing teachers in the Los Angeles Unified District is accusing the administration of unfair labor practices. The Los Angeles Daily News reports that, according to United Teachers Los Angeles, the district improperly reassigned 12 teachers because of their union activity on campus. The union alleges that the district retaliated against one teacher at City of Angels Independent Study School and 11 others at Crenshaw High.
