The Katy (Texas) school board has placed a $99 million bond proposal on the Nov. 5 ballot. The Houston Chronicle says that the majority of the funds would be used to build a $69.5 million, 14,000-seat stadium. Other projects that would receive bond money are an agricultural sciences center and a science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) project center.
