Easton Area (Pa.) district had suspended 2 middle school girls who wore the cancer-awareness wristbands.

A U.S. Court of Appeals has upheld an injunction preventing the Easton Area (Pa.) School District’s ban of cancer awareness bracelets with the slogan “I Heart Boobies!” The Lehigh Valley Express-Times says the ruling comes in a lawsuit brought by the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania. It filed suit in November 2010 on behalf of two middle school students who were suspended for wearing the bracelets.
