VIDEO: Arkansas attorney general says school districts aren't allowed to arm staff members

Video from KFSM-TV: The Arkansas attorney general's office has issued an opinion that school districts in the state are not legally permitted to let staff members carry guns. The opinion was issued after the Clarksville (Ark.) district announced plans to arm staff members who had received proper training.
