Dallas hires outside investigator in probe of superintendent
Superintendent Mike Miles has been accused of improper action involving a vendor bid and of trying to block a district investigation of the allegation.
The Dallas School Board has hired an outside investigator to look into allegations against Superintendent Mike Miles. WFAA-TV says Miles has been accused of breaking district rules involved a vendor contract, then attempting to shut down an internal investigation. The board has hired lawyer Paul Coggins, a former U.S. Attorney in Dallas, to carry out the probe of Miles.
