Superintendent of Public Instruction says proposal is financially reckless.

Wisconsin Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Evers and public school district leaders are criticizing a budget proposal that seeks to expand the school voucher system statewide. Scott Walker said that he supports the expansion that legislators have inserted into the budget last week and believes it will strengthen public schools.
