The historic building in Oklahoma City that once housed Douglass High School has sat empty for 20 years, but is being considered an branch campus for Langston University. The Oklahoman says Langston, an historically black college based in Langston, Okla., has 450 people at its existing Oklahoma City campus and is looking to double that enrollment
