Under investigation in Atlanta, chief of staff in Dallas district quits

Disclosing that he is under investigation in Atlanta, the chief of staff to the superintendent in the Dallas school district has resigned. CBSDFW.com reports that Jerome Oberlton quit after informing Dallas Superintendent Mike Miles that he is under federal investigation for his actions in 2006, while working for the Atlanta school system. As Chief of Staff in Dallas, Oberlton had been receiving an annual salary of $185,000.
