Voters in the St. Tammany Parish (La.) School District have approved a $135 million bond package for school construction and technology and security upgrades. The New Orleans Times-Picayune says the school system's plan calls for replacing modular classrooms that have been used on six campuses since 1996 and 1997. The district also will renovate several campuses.
