Arson fires plague residence hall construction site at Temple University (w/Video)

Authorities are investigating several fires, but officials say the construction remains on schedule.

Federal and local investigators are on the lookout for someone who is setting fires at the construction site of a new residence hall at Temple University in Philadelphia. The university says the fires have caused about $100,000 in damages.
