From The Omaha World-Herald: Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman is proposing a two-year tuition freeze for in-state students attending the University of Nebraska or state colleges. If the legislature agrees to the governor's funding recommendations, tuition would be frozen for 2013-14 and 2014-15 for Nebraska students attending the NU campuses in Lincoln, Kearney, Omaha and the University of Nebraska Medical Center, as well as Chadron State, Wayne State and Peru State.
