Cutbacks at one city high school provide a glimpse of what many campuses are facing

Because of huge budget cuts, many schools in the Philadelphia district lack counselors, extracurricular activities, and key programs. The Philadelphia Inquirer spent a day at the Kensington High School for the Creative and Performing Arts to illustrate how the cutbacks are affecting the learning environment for students and teachers.
