Renovation planned for student union at University of Michigan

$5.3 million upgrade of Pierpont Commons will be completed by next fall

The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor will spend $5.3 million for renovations of its North Campus student union, Pierpont Commons. Mlive.com says the university will upgrade the 10,500-square-foot Pierpont Commons cafe with new finishes and seating, four new culinary stations and infrastructure improvements.
