Violent incidents on U.S. campuses have raised concerns among the parents of international students about safety. Still, The New York Times reports, U.S. schools seem to be more popular than ever. According to the Institute of International Education Open Doors report, the number of foreign students in the United States has been on an upward trajectory for the last decade.
