Video from WBIR-TV: Jefferson County High School in Dandridge, Tenn., has welcomed back students for 2013-14 a little over a month after the roof of one of the buildings on campus collapsed. Classes that were to be in the damaged building were moved to portable classrooms, and construction workers on campus were erecting a new auditorium and fine arts wing.
